The item itself is nice, but honestly... I was disappointed when it arrived. The box was really flimsy and kind of crushed, and there was barely any padding inside to protect anything. One corner of the product ended up bent, which was frustrating, it just felt like no one really took care when packing it. For the price, I expected a lot better. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they seriously improve the packaging

"Price stood out more than anything"
I was really hoping this would feel more worth it, but i mostly kept thinking about how much I paid. The quality was okay, not terrible, but nothing really stood out to me in a good way. Maybe there were small details I missed, but for the price, I expected a lot more. I don’t think I’d order from here again

"Looks better online than it feels in person"
I really wanted to like this because it looked great in the photos, but once it arrived it just felt a little cheap to me. The stitching was uneven in a few spots, and the material didn’t feel as sturdy as I expected for the price. Maybe I just got one from a rough batch or something, but it didn’t seem like the same quality I was expecting. Shipping was totally fine, and it’s still usable, but overall I’m kind of disappointed

The website made it seem like everything would be simple to find, but that wasn’t my experience at all. Pages kept loading strangely, and I spent way too much time clicking around trying to find basic information. After a while, I just got frustrated and gave up

"Sizing felt inconsistent"
I ordered my usual size, but the fit was off for me. The shoulders were way too tight while the waist felt loose, which made it kind of awkward to wear. I ended up returning it. I could see other customers running into the same issue, so you may want to double-check the sizing before ordering.

I ordered something from Great Lakes Collection the item was fine. Nothing amazing, but not bad either. The annoying part was trying to get help after I had a question. I sent an email and then just waited, and waited a bit more, which is always frustrating because you start wondering if anyone even saw it.
When they finally got back to me, the reply felt like they skimmed my message or maybe missed the main point completely. I had to explain the same thing again, which is such a small thing but also really irritating. So yeah, the product was okay, and I’m not saying they’re terrible or anything, but the customer service definitely needs work.
